Thanks for following along in my challenge - it's been another fun month filled of such inspiration. Working along with over 1000 artists worldwide has been amazing.
Lifetime BEGINNER WATERCOLOR COURSE - Learn to Paint this Maine Lupine Scene in my Online Udemy Course. Watch and Paint as many times as you like! Even better with Family and Friends!
Have you ever wanted to take up watercolors, but found most classes are too heavy and academic? These classes are similar to a Paint Night but we use watercolors. The classes are Easy, and no basic knowledge of watercolors are needed. You can usually finish your first painting under 2 hours.
This course is simple and minimal materials are needed to start painting today. Use any watercolors or brushes you have on hand, but I'll give you my favorite supplies and a PDF list to go by.
The course is broken down into small easy steps and I'll paint along with you. If you have questions as you go along please feel free to send me a private message or ask openly on the discussion board.
Painting with Amazing Alcohol Ink on Yupo, you MUST TRY!
If you have yet to try Alcohol Inks - it's a must. The colors, vibrancy, and spontaneity is amazing with this medium. Sometime's when I start I let the inks take me where they want to go. I find that shapes and images start to take place in front of my eyes.
Hard to believe the 30 day challenge is almost over! This is Day 24. Hope you are enjoying the video's! If you are interested in learning about Alcohol Inks or Watercolors, you can sign up for my Udemy classes online. My courses go into more details and each step of my painting process and you can paint right along with me.
Sign up for coupons to take NEW $30 classes for only $10! (Email Newsletter subscribers)

The online classes are lifetime...you can rewind, pause, and paint them over and over.
Hoping to have my third online Watercolor course called Lupines up and running on Udemy! If all goes well, fingers crossed that it's published within a week or two!
My first course took 3 months, the second went much smoother and the third....well I'm happy to say... so far so good. I've even added more details than from my Live classes. The nice thing about online course's...you can stop, pause, and rewind. Plus it's a lifetime course, so that means take it as many times as you like!
After working 8 hours today on the painting, then some video, and audio editing I ran out of steam for painting another for painting tonight, so I'm counting my Online Course scene for today's.
My hubby a number of my favorite chocolates for Christmas, so I snapped
some pictures today to see if I could find some inspiration. I think I'm going with this one as a challenge, but not completely convinced on painting words and tin foil.
Posting a Day late, and the Steelers lost so that means welcome to Denver GO PATS!
Thirty Painting in 30 Days - Day 16 "poppies" I'm watching many episodes of Super Natural on Netflix while painting my daily painting. Waiting for the Steelers to play some football!
Setting up Quick books with my accountant today - so not a lot of time to paint because....well you know the Patriots are in the playoffs and I have to go do some cheering on and get some food going!
Thirty Paintings in 30 Days - Day 15 Did a quick mini painting at the Portland Jetport today! It's called "Just bee-cause" 4x6" mat. https://www.etsy.com/shop/KellieLynnArt
The day was a blur yesterday....had a meeting with a gentleman from New York that does Art Publishing and they want to use my art! I will be working on a portfolio with sections of my work for him today. It's really amazing to look back at how many paintings that I've painted over the years.
One thing that I make sure to do is take a raw image of each piece of art when it's completed.
State taxes are do on the 15th, so I'll be working on getting my final figures out on that, plus working on my next online Udemy watercolor course and adding more public courses to my Art Class calendar.
Must squeeze in some time for tomorrow's painting - wish me luck!
Alizarin Crimson Hue is a quinacridrone based pigment closely resembling genuine Alizarin Crimson. It is a transparent red pigment with blue undertones.
A by-product of the zinc industry, Cadmium was discovered in 1817.
I've been working on my photographs for Etsy - I see so many pretty ways that jewelry and clothing items are photographed and sometime's the Art is just the Art....so here is my attempt at being more fancy!
Some of my favorite paintings to complete are mini's. I purchased these little mats a while ago, not realizing how much fun it would be to paint so small. They are the perfect size for my daily paintings.
I can sit on my couch, watch a movie and paint a mini all at the same time - who knew!
I'm a multi-tasker...but you can't tell my 14 year old son that (NO comparison)!

It's Day 2, got a late start on today's painting last night after everyone settled in for the night. My
back porch area where I normally paint is now to cold, so I brought my easel into my kitchen area and set up. I do however create a mess in my kitchen!
I'm thinking maybe I should have stuck with watercolor's, but I was feeling an urge to work with oils. Normally, most of my friends and family wouldn't call me a moody person, but I certainly have different Artist personalities! I really do try to pick a theme when I start the 30 day challenge, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I must paint what I feel.
We'll just have to see where tomorrow will lead me.
