"Perception" - Abstract 36x24" Oil on Canvas

  "Perception"
36"x 24" Oil on Canvas

I'm calling this one "Perception" Oil on Canvas 36"x24" - Life is all about perception isn't it! “We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.”
― Abraham Lincoln

This is an original one of a kind oil painting - no prints will be made.

I use professional Artist Quality Winsor & Newton Oil paints on Winsor & Newton Deep edge gallery wrapped canvas. The edges are painted to match on a similar color scheme so that no
framing is needed. Backing is wired and ready to hang and enjoy in your home decor!

*Colors may vary slightly from original paintings due to difference's in monitor.

Oil painting is still in the process of it's 3 week drying time and once dry it will be sealed with a varnish and ready to ship within 1 week from that.

Thirty Paintings in 30 Days - Day Eight

 "More On The Way"
6x6" Oil Deep Edge Cotton Stretched Canvas
$100

I think I'm in love with the larger brush strokes and using only one brush!  I found these little mini 6x6" Deep Edge Canvas in my "Art Supply" closet, or my outside porch area. It's the little back porch that has the best view of the back yard and the water view, yet it's turned into my "stash" area for the winter.

That will change once the warmer weather comes, because we plan to finish that room off and make it into a "nice" charming/cozy area to drink our morning coffee and stare blissfully at the beautiful view we own, and yes I mean we "OWN" ....as in Mortgage Free!

Having no mortgage and a simplified home allows me to do what I love everyday! I am so lucky to have the support of my wonderful family and friends, and of course none of this would be possible if it wasn't for my collectors!

Our backyard - see this is looking out my "stash area" window!

There is More on the way...day 9 starts soon!

Thirty Paintings in 30 Days -Day 17

Just got in my canvas order - I was so excited because they were on back ordered! My plan was to paint 30 small oil paintings for the challenge, but these little buggers didn't want to join in on the plan, so I've been bouncing between Oils, Watercolor and inks.

I do enjoy a little change up!
These are so cute and are the perfect travel piece for the JetPort! They should be dry and ready for the Holiday season! The size is 4x4 with a deep canvas edge.

Shot before I added the sailboat.

"End of Summer Sail"

$99.99 Oil on Museum Canvas 4x4"

I've had a number of folks looking for sailboats or boat pictures so I added the sailboat in.

This piece is still wet and drying on the little stand for now, but I will be adding a wire to the back.
