Wedding Gift - Cliffs Of Moher, Ireland, Oil Painting

"Cliffs of Moher" Ireland

36x24" Oil on Gallery Canvas

My family recently traveled to Ireland to celebrate my Brothers wedding. We saw some amazing places, but I think my favorite was the Cliffs of Moher.  I just finished this Oil painting for them as a wedding gift.

Took a selfie in front of them! What a time - if you haven't had a chance to go to Ireland yet, this should be on your bucket list! It was a bit windy, but the temperature was very similar to Maine in May.

SOLD ~ Day 9 of 30 in 30 - Sebasco Harbor Resort - Phippsburg, Maine

Sebasco Harbor Resort - Plein Air painting
8x10 Framed Original Watercolor

Had the pleasure of holding a retreat yesterday at The Sebasco Resort in Phippsburg Maine with Maine Spirits.

While I was waiting for them to finish up their fabulous Steak and Lobster Bake (outside) I enjoyed  some plein air painting sitting right out there on the rock wall.

I know, rough day at the office for me  huh!

A big thanks to the staff there - what an enjoyable afternoon.

Didn't they do a wonderful job.

100th BLOG POST - LILY PADS - Abstract Watercolor Painting

KELLIE LYNN ART

MY 100th BLOG POST!

"LILY PADS"

Love this little watercolor painting - the colors are bright and cheery. One of my favorite color combos.

My inspiration:
Our family went on vacation last week up near Gauntlet Falls, Maine and we stopped in a few places along this 10 mile jaunt down a narrow dirt road for pictures.

Lily Pads.....I left Mr. Frog out.

Maine Directional Sign
Great use of an old plow I thought!

 We made it! Beautiful!
